The senior-only delivery model

Why we don't hire juniors to fulfill client work — and how a 4-person team stays senior.

Juniors aren't a cost problem, they're a translation problem. Every layer between the strategist and the deliverable adds drift, rework, and latency. At scale that drift is invisible; on a senior-led team it simply doesn't exist.

We keep the team small and senior on purpose. The person who audits your funnel is the person who ships the fix. Decisions happen in writing, async, with the people who have the context — not relayed through an account manager.

The constraint is real: we can't take every engagement. We'd rather be the team you trust than the agency that's always "ramping someone up on your account."
