BAZ doctrine · the three non-negotiables

Revenue, not vanity. Publish the pricing. Ship, then harden.

Three principles that define how we operate. Not aspirational values — operational constraints. They shape every decision, from pricing to hiring to what we refuse to ship.

The doctrine

What we refuse to compromise.

01

Revenue, not vanity

Followers are vanity. Likes are vanity. Impressions are vanity. We optimize for revenue, pipeline, and payback period. Every metric we report ties to a dollar outcome. If it doesn't, we don't report it.

02

Publish the pricing

We publish our pricing publicly. Not because we're cheap — because we're honest. If you can't find the price on the website, you're being sold, not consulted. Three tiers, transparent ranges, no 'contact for pricing' theater.

03

Ship, then harden

We ship in weeks, not quarters. A live system with rough edges beats a polished storyboard every time. The Hub ships, measures, and hardens in production — not in a deck. Speed is a feature.

The operating principles

Six things we don't do. Ever.

No juniors, ever

The senior-partner model isn't a marketing claim — it's structural. The person who pitches is the person who ships. The Hub makes that economically viable.

No vanity metrics

If a metric doesn't tie to revenue, pipeline, or payback, we don't report it. Impressions, followers, and likes are not outcomes. Revenue is.

No black boxes

The methodology is public. The pricing is public. The claims registry is public. If we can't explain it, we don't ship it.

No long-term lock-in

90-day minimum, cancel after. If we're not earning the retainer every quarter, we don't deserve it. No multi-year contracts designed to make leaving painful.

No overselling

We recommend the tier that fits the buyer. We don't sell Growth to a Core-fit client. We don't sell a project when a retainer is what's needed.

No fabricated proof

Every claim carries provenance. The claims registry is the compliance gate. Composites are labeled. Client metrics require signed permission. No exceptions.

Why we publish pricing

"Contact for pricing" is a tell.

When an agency hides pricing, it means one of three things: they're charging different clients wildly different rates for the same work, they're pricing based on your budget (not the work), or they're ashamed of the number and want a salesperson to justify it first.

We publish our pricing because we're honest, not because we're cheap. Three tiers, transparent ranges. If you're a Core-fit client, we tell you. If you're a Growth-fit client, we tell you. The tier fits the work, not the wallet.

The speed guarantee

Built and live in 45 days — or you don't pay for month four.

We ship in weeks, not quarters. A live system with rough edges beats a polished storyboard every time. If we miss the 45-day mark, month four is on us.
