The 90-day growth sprint: how we run it

A senior-led operating rhythm that turns a vague growth goal into a forecast you can defend to a board.

Every engagement starts the same way: a growth audit, not a deck. We map the funnel, the unit economics, and the channel mix, then model LTV/CAC by source so we know where payback actually happens.

Weeks 1–2 are diagnosis and a 90-day roadmap with owners, budgets, and exit criteria. Weeks 3–10 ship the highest-leverage plays first — usually fixing measurement and one acquisition channel. Weeks 11–12 consolidate what worked into a repeatable system and hand over the dashboard.

The discipline is the point. Monthly embedded reviews with a senior partner keep it honest. If a play isn't moving pipeline by week six, we kill it and reallocate — no sunk-cost loyalty to a tactic.
